Roxana Pacheco Jenkins
Roxana Pacheco Jenkins, Chilean–American, is a Chilean attorney with over 20 years of experience in civil law, international family law, inheritance, Chile–U.S. immigration, and international contracts. She is currently authorized as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Texas, holds DOJ accreditation in the United States, and earned an LL.M. Cum Laude from California Western School of Law. She also has a master’s-level education in social work and family studies, is a certified family mediator in Texas and Chile, and holds diplomas in probity, good governance, and data protection.
Throughout her career, she has worked at the Chilean Ministry of Labor implementing the Transparency and Data Protection Law, at the U.S. Embassy in Santiago handling consular and international family law matters, and in the nonprofit sector representing vulnerable communities. Inspired by her social commitment and binational experience, she founded a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing legal and social support to individuals and families in vulnerable situations, reinforcing her role as a bridge between Chile and the United States in legal and community matters.
